Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026 · Contact: nevra2026@gmail.com

This Privacy Policy explains how nevra ("nevra", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the nevra applications for Mac and iPhone, the nevra menu bar utility, and this website (together, the "Service"). nevra is currently operated by its founder, Mounzer Benabid. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The short version. nevra works on your data — your email, calendar, tasks and captures — to help move your work forward. Your data is used to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train our own or anyone else's foundation models, and your sign-in credentials are never given to AI models. You can see, correct and delete what nevra knows about you.

1.Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account (including via Sign in with Apple or Google).

Content from connected services. When you connect an account (for example, your email or calendar), nevra accesses the content needed to do its job: email messages and threads, calendar events and availability, attachments, and contact names appearing in that content. You choose what to connect, and you can disconnect a service at any time.

Content you give nevra directly. Tasks and instructions you type or dictate, voice recordings you make (which are transcribed and then processed as text), screenshots and files you share to nevra, and anything you send through the share sheet.

Derived work context ("memory"). nevra builds structured notes about your work — who people are, what projects exist, what you're waiting on, and preferences it observes (for example, how you like emails written). This memory is visible to you in the app and is fully reviewable, correctable and deletable.

Execution records. When nevra acts on your behalf — drafting or sending an email you approved, placing a phone call you approved, or operating a website session — it keeps records of those actions and their results (for example, call transcripts and action logs) so you can review exactly what was done.

Device and usage information. App version, device type, operating system, crash and diagnostic logs, and basic usage events used to operate and improve the Service.

2.How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

3.AI processing

nevra uses third-party AI model providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to understand and process content — for example, to read an email thread, transcribe a voice note, or draft a reply. Content is sent to these providers through their business APIs, which contractually restrict them from using API data to train their models. We do not use your content to train foundation models.

Credentials are architecturally separated from AI. Your passwords and sign-in credentials for connected services are stored in your device keychain and in secured session storage. They are never included in content sent to AI models and never stored in nevra's memory system.

4.Google user data

Where nevra connects to Google services (such as Gmail and Google Calendar), its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features of the Service to you; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features (such as the AI processing described above), for security, or to comply with law; it is not used for advertising; and humans do not read it except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security or legal compliance, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized.

5.Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:

SupabaseApplication database, authentication and hosting infrastructure
OpenAIAI processing of content (understanding, drafting, transcription)
AnthropicAI processing of content
ComposioManaged connections to third-party services you choose to link

Apple / GooglePlatform services: sign-in, push notifications, app distribution

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of nevra or others, or in connection with a business transfer (in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected data unless you are notified otherwise).

6.Phone calls

When you ask nevra to place a call, the call is made through our telephony provider, introduced as an assistant calling on your behalf, and a transcript or summary is written back to the related task. Call recordings and transcripts are subject to this Policy. Laws on recording and automated calls vary by location; as described in our Terms, you are responsible for only directing calls that are lawful where you and the recipient are located.

7.Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual memories, tasks and connected accounts in the app at any time. You may delete your account (or request deletion by emailing nevra2026@gmail.com), after which we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, for security, or for backup integrity (backups are purged on a rolling basis).

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app; for anything else, email nevra2026@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9.Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level access controls so each user's data is isolated, credential storage in platform keychains, and the architectural separation of credentials from AI processing described above. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10.International transfers

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11.Children

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

12.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The "Effective date" above always reflects the current version.
